What is your return policy?

There are no returns or exchanges on our products. Take a look at our returns page for more details.



How can I clean my jewelry?

When needed, gently rub a mild soap and warm water over your piece with your finger. Rise and pat dry with a soft towel. Use cloth provided to polish back to make your piece look brand new.



How do I know what size to order?

What payment methods do you accept?

by Shay & Co. accepts e-transfer only. When you place your order, please send Etransfer to gserkelens@outlook.com Production will not begin until payment is received.



What is your production time?

For custom pieces, please allow 5-7 business days to complete. If you are in need of an item sooner, we have lots of ready to go items in stock that can be picked up.



Can I stamp on both sides?

When stampning your piece, it will often leave a small impression on the back. So unfortunately, we are not able to stamp on both sides at this time.



What is gold filled?

Gold filled jewelry is a thick layer of gold bonded over a jewelers brass. It won't chip, flake, tarnish or fad over time. With proper care, you can enjoy your pieces for many years.



Can I add a gift message with my order?

Yes. If you send us a message or include it in your order notes, we can add a hand written note with your order, complete with ready to gift packaging.
